Free Discovery Call
The discovery call is a quick, 15 minute chat, where we discuss my services and what the renovation process looks like. We also discuss what type of renovation you’re wanting to do and if that’s something I can assist with.
Getting Started Package
This package is perfect if you lack the time, knowledge or confidence on how to get started with your renovation.
We’ll start with an in-person visit to your home to discuss your renovation goals. We’ll discuss what you love and hate about the space(s), what you want to achieve as well as your style.
After the visit I provide the following:
- Renovation Action Plan
- Floor plan layout ideas
- Product suggestions
- Fittings/Fixtures suggestions
- List of decisions to be made prior to the renovation
- Renovation budget and timeline
The proposal is a valuable tool that gives you confidence in your renovation and includes practical tips as well as a realistic budget and timeline for the renovation.
At this point, you can then choose to proceed with the renovation alone (as you’ll know what you want and what to do to achieve it) or you can book my project management service to complete this renovation for you.
This package is $450 and a 50% deposit is required prior to the in-person visit to your home.
