Does your service include project management of the renovation?
Yes, project management of the renovation is one of the services I offer. However, I can also supply design plans and you can project manage the renovation yourself.
What sort of renovations do you do?
I’ve assisted clients with a variety of renovations, from renovating a laundry through to full house renovations. Whatever the scale of your renovation, I can assist you with it. We’ve helped clients with all sorts of renovations including bathroom, kitchens, laundry’s, living areas, dining rooms, bedrooms, storage spaces, rumpus/media rooms and garages. We also do interior/exterior painting, built in furniture/storage, decking, fences, roof repairs and landscaping.
What does project management involve?

What if I have a budget?
Everyone has a budget, so be honest about what your budget is and what you’re wanting to achieve and I can advise what can be done with the budget you have. Every renovation can be done with a budget, it just means you may have to make compromises with your ideas/use of space.
What if I have no idea what I want but I hate the space/room and know it needs to change?
This is one of my favourite aspects of renovations, coming up with ideas of how to change your space/room to make it functional and more suit your needs and desires.
Having experience in interior design, I love coming up with different floor plan ideas to suit your needs and the existing space.
Do you renovate commercial premises too?
No, I don’t renovate commercial premises.
How long does a renovation usually take?
It depends on the scope of the renovation, availability of the tradespeople and products, fittings and fixtures and whether any consents are required.
If you have a tight schedule, we can usually work with your deadlines, dependent on the above things.
